  3.      The DAYO module on this disk is in a self-extracting compressed format!
  4.  
  5.      The size of the uncompressed files will exceed the size of this floppy
  6.   disk!
  7.  
  8.      Most DAYO modules require the use of a hard disk, so you will need to copy
  9.   the contents of this disk onto your hard disk, preferably into a sub
  10.   directory ( ie: \DAYOPOS\ ).
  11.  
  12.      Other requirements: IBM Compatible, 640k RAM, DOS 3.3 or above
  13.  
  14. ***  We get numerous calls from new users because of (or lack of) their
  15.      CONFIG.SYS file. The file:  CONFIG.SYS  must exist on your boot
  16.      disk/drive, and must have (as a minimum), BUFFERS=10, and FILES=55.
  17.      Run a DAYO program to produce this file should you not have one, or
  18.      do not know how to create/edit it.
  19.  
  20.      Decompress and print the file DAYOSM.EXE/ZIP which contains a text file
  21.      named SYSTEM.DOC. This document contains an in-depth overview of all
  22.      the DAYO Modules. DAYOSM.EXE/ZIP is found on many of the distribution
  23.      diskettes.

  26.      IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT EACH DAYO MODULE HAVE ITS OWN DIRECTORY:

  50.      HOME DIRECTORIES FOR THE DATABASES

  52.      Every database is 'assigned' a DAYO module/directory as its 'home base'.
  53.   Knowing the location of the databases is crucial to integration of all the
  54.   modules. For example, to make all modules use the same customer database
  55.   (CUSTOMER.DBF), the 'CUSTOMER DATABASE LOCATION' option must be correctly
  56.   set in the Configuration Menu of each module that uses that database.
